We have undertaken various steps to reduce trash levels, as enumerated below

Farm cotton and the final cotton are all kept on cemented floor and not on mud/dust.

Minimum human handling is done of the Farm cotton while transferring it to the ginning machine.

Pre-shipment inspection at buyer's option.

Workers have to tie their hair and hang a bag around their neck to pick any type of trash visible.

All cleaning is done by cotton/cloth brooms - no jute or synthetic brooms are used for cleaning the premises.

The cotton bales are packed in cotton cloth - NO PLASTIC OR JUTE MATERIAL IS USED FOR THE SAME. Cotton bales are TIDE WITH PET STRAPS(GREEN ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY) INSTEAD OF IRON OR STEEL WIRE.

As a result of all this, we are capable to provide raw cotton with very less trash percentage.
